Description | The file storage service has the very simple objective of storing the file information received as a CLOB object in the database. The CLOB object will be stored along with the Zeus file control number which is the unique id for the file across all the services in the platform. The file data received by file management service once converted into a String will be sent to File Storage service to be stored along with the ZFCN. The purpose of storing the file information received in its raw format is for auditing purposes so that it can be queried or analyzed as needed, but no changes to the data itself will be permitted.
